摘要
目的 :改进复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中樟脑的鉴别方法。方法 :升华法。结果 :用升华法可完全消除液状石蜡对樟脑测定的干扰 ,在 2 89nm处有最大吸收。结论 :改进方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好。
Objective: To improve the identification method of camphor in compound menthol nasal erops.Method: Sublimation.Result: The methods can eliminate the disturbance of liquid paraffin to camphor,a maximal absorption peak occured at wavelength 289 nm.Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
