转番茄Tm-2^2基因烟草T2代植株的生物学性状变异

摘要 Tm-22基因转化烟草并获得表达,表明Tm-22基因的功能在同科不同属的植物体上没有改变.但是转基因烟草的T2代出现了许多生物学性状的变异,例如,无花粉花药、花瓣呈浅色、植株体矮化、种苗黄化等,这种变异性状的产生不仅有外源基因重组的因素,也是该基因与其它基因相互作用的结果.这些变异的个体为研究该基因的功能及其遗传变异规律提供了丰富的材料. Tm22 resistance gene functioned in transgenic tobacco resistant to tobamovirus. Variations were demonstrated in T2 progenies on gene segregation. Some of them were pollenfree in anther; some of them showed pale colour in the petals; some of them became dwarf and some of them etiolated on kanamycin media. These variants provided a number of materials for the understanding of mechanism and function of transgenic system. In this paper, we present these varied phenotypes of variants in T2 progenies.
