大白菜中1个低温相关cDNA克隆序列分析 被引量:1

Sequence analysis of a cDNA clone isolated from cold-induced Chinese cabbage (Brassica pekinensis)

摘要 植物在冷驯化过程中会产生基因表达的变化.用RT-PCR和RACE技术相结合,从耐低温植物大白菜品种早熟5号中得到了1个cDNA克隆,经序列及功能分析,表明是个冷相关基因.由氨基酸序列推测它的分子质量大约为30u,故命名该基因为cor30.经数据库同源查找及序列比较,发现该基因的氨基酸序列与拟南芥基因COR47及ERD10分别具有59.4%和60.2%的同源性. It has been founded that changes in gene expression occur during cold acclimation in a wide range of plants. With the method of RACE technique, we obtained a cDNA from Brassica pekinensis cv Zhaoshu 5 (a Chinese cabbage), which represents a cold regulated gene with calculated molecular masses of 30 u, so it was named cor30. The deduced amino acid sequence alignment showed that COR30 is similar to COR47 and ERD10 from Arabidopsis thaliana. It had 59.4% identity with COR47 and 60.2% identity with ERD10.
