摘要
植物在冷驯化过程中会产生基因表达的变化.用RT-PCR和RACE技术相结合,从耐低温植物大白菜品种早熟5号中得到了1个cDNA克隆,经序列及功能分析,表明是个冷相关基因.由氨基酸序列推测它的分子质量大约为30u,故命名该基因为cor30.经数据库同源查找及序列比较,发现该基因的氨基酸序列与拟南芥基因COR47及ERD10分别具有59.4%和60.2%的同源性.
It has been founded that changes in gene expression occur during cold acclimation in a wide range of plants. With the method of RACE technique, we obtained a cDNA from Brassica pekinensis cv Zhaoshu 5 (a Chinese cabbage), which represents a cold regulated gene with calculated molecular masses of 30 u, so it was named cor30. The deduced amino acid sequence alignment showed that COR30 is similar to COR47 and ERD10 from Arabidopsis thaliana. It had 59.4% identity with COR47 and 60.2% identity with ERD10.
