摘要
建立激光相变硬化过程的温度场数学模型,并应用数值计算预测了相变硬化带的形状和尺寸.经实验验证,理论计算与实验结果的相对误差:硬化层宽度为3.33%、硬化层深度为7%,表明该模型具有一定的实际应用价值和理论指导意义.
The width and depth of laser transformation hardened layer was evaluated by establishing temperature field mathematical model and applying numerical calculation. Experimental results showed that the relative errors of width and depth of hardened layer between theoretical calculation and experimental result were 3.33% and 7%, which proved that this model had some practical value for real processing and guiding significance for theory.
