摘要
作者对水力风力机械抛煤机链条炉进行了长期的试验研究,结果表明,水力风力机械抛煤机链条炉具有抛煤更加均匀,飞灰机械不完全燃烧损失小及炉膛出口空气过量系数低等优点,较好地解决了风力机械抛煤链条炉长期存在的飞灰热损失大和严重污染环境的技术难题。
The research results show that the advantages of the boiler of the Hydraulic-pneumatic coal-spreader feeder and travelling grate stoker are as follows:the coal distribution is better;the heat loss due to incomplete combustion, flying ash and the excess air ratio at the exit of furnace are reduced notably. So the trouble in technology, i.e. the more flying ash, heat loss and several environmental pollution, which lasted long time for boilers with pneumatic coal-spreader feeder and travelling grate-stoker, have been solved.
