摘要
振动时效具有投资少、生产周期短、使用方便、节约能源等特点,并且操作简便,易于实现机械自动化,可避免零件在热时效过程中产生的翘曲变形、氧化、脱碳及硬度降低等缺陷。振动时效对减少和均化残余应力皆有着良好作用,广泛应用于生产实践中,在采煤机壳体制造过程中获益非浅。
Vibration relief has many features such as less invest, short production period, convenient use, energysaving etc. , and easily operate, easy to realize mechanical automation. It can avoid the shortage of warp distortion, oxygenation, decarburization and hardness knock-down created in the course of heat vibration relief.
