摘要
进行机床改造方面的探讨研究,探讨立车改造,改造后很好地满足了直径在2.5～4m间的环体、法兰等大直径零部件的加工,解决了批量生产床子少、时间长的难题。重新设计工作台和底座,留用床身、立柱、横梁和刀架4部分。
This paper discusses and studies lathe reform, studies vertical reform. After being reformed, it is satisfied with machining the large diameter parts, such as 2.5 ~ 4 m cycle rings and flanges. It handles the difficulty of batch process less lathe and long time. Redesign work platform and bottom seat, remain the four parts of lathe body, vertical column, beam and blade frame.
