河北省某县有偿献血丙型肝炎病毒感染者血清抗HIV检测分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 调查并分析河北省某县有偿献血员中丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)感染者艾滋病病毒I型 (HIV 1)感染情况。方法 采用实时定量聚合酶链反应 (PCR)和酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)法等检测了抗 HCV、HCV核糖核酸 (RNA)和抗 HIV。结果 共检测 10 9例受HCV感染的献血员 ,其中ALT异常者为 3 8 53 % ( 4 2 /10 9) ,抗 HCV阳性率为 95 41% ( 10 4/10 9) ,HCVRNA阳性率为 70 64% ( 77/10 9) ,抗 HIV阳性率为 0 ( 0 /10 9)。结论 在该县有偿献血HCV感染者中HIV 1感染率为 0 ,HCV感染者中HIV 1感染存在地区差异 。 objective To analyze the condition of HIV-1 infection in the person i nf ected by HCV after blood transfusion in one county of Hebei Province. Method Anti -HCV, HCV RNA and anti-HIV were detected using real time PCR and ELISA. Results In 109 Persons infected by HCV, 38.53%(42/109) was ALT abnormal, 95.41%(104/109) was anti-HCV positive and 70. 6 4%(77/109) was HCV RNA positive, whereas all were anti-HIV negative. Conclusions No HIV-1 infection was found in the blood donors infected by HCV in this count y in Hebei Province. There is difference in the susceptibility to HIV-1 infectio n s from counties to counties. Not all counties have the same high infection rate of HIV-1 in HCV carriers in Hebei Province.
