摘要
本文通过实验测定聚合物泥浆的喷嘴粘度(η_∞)、结构强度(τ_c)以及聚合物在粘土上的吸附量(Γ),分析、论证了在极高速梯(100000s^(-1))下,粘土、聚合物间的相互作用的存在及其对泥浆流变性的影响,从而为体系流变性的调节找到一种有效的途径,并对聚合物泥浆稀释剂及其稀释机理提出了新的看法。
In this paper, an influence of the interaction of mud constituents, clay andpolymer, at infinite shear rate dv/dx=100000s^(-1) on the rheology of polymer mud is analysed and confirmed by measuring spray nozzle viscosity η_∞ (infinite viscosity), structurestrength τ_c and the amount of polymer absorbed on clay. On the basis of theinfluence, an effective method for regulating effectively rheology of polymer mud is presented, and concepts of the thinner and thinning mechanism are discussed.
