摘要
分析了我国干旱半干旱地域灌区水资源利用中存在的问题 ,论述了干旱半干旱地域提高灌区水资源综合效益的重要性 ,回顾了国内外在灌溉水资源利用效益、灌溉经济效益、灌溉生态环境效益以及灌溉社会效益方面的研究进展 ,提出了干旱半干旱地域灌区需要研究的几个问题。
Some existing problems of water resources utilization in irrigation district in arid and semiarid areas in China were analyzed,and the importance of raising the combined utilization of water resources were discussed and the advanced studies on irrigation water resources utilization and irrigation economy and irrigation ecological environment and social benefit were overviewed.The problems of irrigation district of arid and semiarid areas were presented as well.
