摘要
线结构光视觉测量技术是目前广泛应用的一种非接触测量技术。根据线结构光传感器的特点,本文提出了用一种圆阵列靶标及一维工作台组成的坐标系统,用以标定测量系统参数,同时引入代数射影几何中的交比不变原理,结合光平面上空间点的共面性,解决了对抽象光平面的定位问题,并建立了相应的参数模型。最后,通过标准量块的检测实验,此系统得到了验证。
Vision measuring technique with structured light stripe is one kind of widely-applying non-touch measuring techniques. According to the character of structured light stripe, a kind of coordinate system consisting of circle-array plane and one-dimensional stage which is used to calibrate the parameters of measuring system are presented. Simultaneously, the invariance of cross-ratio in algebraic and projective geometry is introduced. The coplanarity of those 3D points on the light plane is also considered. Thus, the location problem of abstract light plane is solved. Finally, experiment on gauges is carried out to test the calibration effect.
