摘要
文章通过对影响员工消极工作态度转变的因素及员工消极工作态度转变中应注意问题的研究,提出了转变员工消极工作态度的七种方法。
Based on studying the factors that affect the improvement of employees' negative attitude toward work, and some issues that should be paid more attention to in the improving process, the author brings forward in this paper seven methods of improving the negative attitude of employees.
