原煤流化床法制活性炭技术进展 被引量:1

摘要 一、前言目前世界活性炭年产量60万 t,主要生产国有美国、苏联、日本、德国和英国等。其中美国年产量近15万 t。预计全世界的活性炭产量将以每年10~15%的速度增长。由于国内外活性炭的生产大多采用固定床炭化和活化装置,效率低,能耗大,产品质量不稳定,生产成本很高,使活性炭一直不能大规模推广使用。原煤流化床法直接生产活性炭是近年发展起来的一种新方法。此法的特点是不需要经过低温炭化和高温活化两个步骤。
