复方归辛冲剂治疗偏头痛对患者血液流变学及钙镁离子的影响

Effects of compound guixin granule on hemorheology and serum Ca^(2+) ,Mg^(2+) in migraineurs

目的:观察中药方剂复方归辛冲剂对偏头痛患者血液流度学及Ca2+,Mg2+的影响,探讨其治疗作用的机制。方法:对32例无先兆偏头痛患者于间歇期进行血液流变学、血清Ca2+,Mg2+检测,以32例健康自愿者作对照,患者服复方归辛冲剂治疗1个月后复查上述指标。结果:治疗前偏头痛组与对照组血液流变学、血清Ca2+,Mg2+差异均无显著性意义,经治疗症状好转者血清平均Mg2+水平由(0.93±0.29)mmol/L升高至(1.19±0.30)mmol/L(t=-2.298,P=0.036)、平均血浆黏度由(1.79±0.17)mPa·s下降至(1.52±0.14)mPa·s(t=4.179,P=0.001)。结论:虽然偏头痛患者发作间歇期血液流变学及血清Ca2+,Mg2+均无异常,但复方归辛冲剂能使血浆黏度轻度下降、血Mg2+水平轻度升高,从而达到缓解头痛的作用。

AIM:To observe the effect of compound gui xin granule on hemorhe ology and serum Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in patients with migraine and to investigate its mech-anism.METHODS:Thirt y-two migraineurs without aur a in interval,9males and23females with an ave rage age of(34±10)years and with the course of 3months -25years,were asked to receive 20g guixin granule orally every 8h.The duration of the tre atment was 1month.Hemorheologyand serum Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ were examined before and after treat ment.Thirty-two healthy volunteers, 10males and 22females with the average age of (34±8)years,were used a s controls.RESULTS:No significant difference of all the parameter of heamorheo logy and serum Mg 2+ ,Ca 2+ /Mg 2+ ratio was found between the migraineurs and healthy controls before treatmen t.Significantly,the contents of seru m Mg 2+ were increased from(0.93±0.29)mmol /L to(1.19±0.30)mm ol /L(t=-2.298,P=0.036),and the mean plasma viscosity was decr eased from(1.79±0.17)mPa·s to(1.52±0.14)mPa·s(t=4.1 79,P=0.001).
