前置式游梁抽油机的设计计算方法

摘要 本文详细介绍了前置式抽油机的有关几何参数计算、运动分析等方面的计算方法;并用BASIC语言编制了设计计算程序。文中给出了程序框图和使用说明,并以前置式CYJ14-6-105HB抽油机的设计计算作为算例,得出了正确的结果。 Front mounted pumping units have adopted the geometric structure of balanced torque and the upstroke time longer than the downstroke time. Therefore, it can reduce acceleration and maximum load on polished rod at same time. Methods for calculating geometric parameters and kinematic and dynamic analysis for the units are discussed. The job of calculation is programmed on the computer through the BASIC. Block-diagram and illustration of use is given in this paper. And by taking CYJ14-6-105HB pumping unit as an example, the calculation has been made via the program and results obtained which are up to what is actually happening.
