心理测评手段由于它所具备的客观和标准等科学特征,已越来越被广泛用于人员招聘、人才选拔等重要管理领域。但我国心理测评尚处于起步阶段,仍存在许多问题。正视这些问题并加强应用领域的规范化管理,将对我国人力资源的市场化经营起到重要的促进作用.
Psychological is measure the objective and standard etc.scientific feature that comment means have because of it,have been already been extensive to recruit used in people,talent select wait for important management field.But in our country psychology measure comment is in yet to start stage,still have a lot of problems,face these problems and apply field vigorously standardize management,will play the part of the market of the human resource of our country melts to manage important promote role.
