摘要
本文叙述了在微机上开发“支承节设计绘图软件包”的指导思想和总体方案,重点介绍了支承节设计计算程序包的内容和特点,及在AutoCAD软件的基础上进行二次开发中所采用的技巧和方法。此外,对高级BASICA和AutoCAD软件的接口作了较详细的阐述。最后,以碟形弹簧和支承节为例,简要介绍了设计计算和工程图绘制的过程。该软件包采用人机对话的方式,具有交互性能,并可采用键盘和数字化仪作为输入工具;除具有AutoCAD2.5软件的全部功能外,还具有对零件图标注适合我国国标的尺寸公差和形、位公差及粗糙度等功能,并能实现用汉字编写“技术要求”的目的。
Fundamental principles and overall schemes to develop software package for designing and plotting bearing section are described in this paper. An emphasis is put on the structure and characteristic of the software as well as on the technique and the method used for developing special plotting system based on the software AutoCAD. The interface between the software Basic and AutoCAD is discussed in more detail. By taking thumb spring and bearing assembly as example, a process of designing and drawing is introduced. By using interactive means and keyboard or datagrid as input device. This package is capable not only of marking allowance of dimention and shape-position and roughness for detail drawing in accordance with our National Standards, but also of working out 'Techniqal Requirements' in Chinese besides all functions possessed by the AutoCAD 2.5.
