摘要 微透析 (Microdialysis,MD)是一种优良的在线取样方法 ,而质谱 (MS)作为分析手段 ,具有进样量少 ,灵敏度高 ,分析快捷等优点。因此 ,微透析与质谱联用 ,对活体生物样品进行在线检测具有不可替代的作用。通过 3 5篇文献介绍了微透析技术的基本原理 ,实验方法 ;评述了微透析与质谱串联用于样品除盐 ,生物活性物质在线检测 ,药物代谢等领域的应用进展。 Coupling mass spectrometry ( MS ) with microdialysis ( MD ) has an unsubstitutable role for the on-line detection of biological sample in living animal, because MD is the best in-vivo sampling technology and MS has characteristics of minimum sample, high sensitivity and time-saving. In this review the basic principle and experimental method of microdialysis is introduced with thirty-five references, and some application progress in coupling MS with MD for the sample desalting, on-line detection of active biological component and pharmaceutical metabolism is reviewed.
