胃切除术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡大出血

摘要收集我院1970年1月至1999年12月胃切除术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡大出血234例患者的病例资料,分析、总结30年来治疗情况的变化。 1.临床资料:234例中,男194例,女40例。
