Mechanical Shaft Sinking Line for No. 3 Mine Shaft at Jilada

介绍立井施工主要技术措施、若干新技术在该井的采用和就立井机械化装备存在问题进行初步探讨。

In an international biding, China has got a mine shaft sinking contract in Morocco. The mine shaft has a net diamater of 6.8 meters and depth of 785.6 meters. The shaft was sunk with China made shaft sinking equipments. Since 1990, an average month shaft sinking rate was 81.3 meters and the max. month shaft sinking rate was 106.5 meters and 107.6 meters. The main specifications of the shaft sinking are as followings: 1. Pregrouting at ground surface and working face allowing a dry and rapid shaft sinking. 2. Hole drilling with shaft drilling Jumbo, central lubrication system of shaft drill jumbo, 4 meter down hole blasting. 3. Mucking operations with large clamshell, muck buckets, large winch for mucking, hoisting with a muck discharging capacity of 33.5 m^3/h.4.Increasing the depth of sec(?)onal sinking and lining, and reducing the time of auxilliary operation and section lining. 5. A combined manual and hydraulic shaft Iining operation. 6. Ventilation tubing and pipline hung over the shaft wall with bolts to reduce the loading of sinking platform. 7. Concrete centrally mixed at the surface ground. 8. In-shaft ventilation provided by local face with a magnatic speed control meter and volume of ventilation could be controlled. 9. Central control of winch and synchronous up-down operation of muck bucket. 10. completed singal system for communication and singal.
