介绍爆破模拟试验方法,试验结果和分析,提出立井工程冻土爆破的建议。
With the increasement of freezing depth, it is to enhance the freezing strength in order to prevent broken of freezing tube. Due to the enchancement of fteezing, it will occur an increasement of freezing ground strength, and even a fully freezed shaft. Therefore it will reduce the shaft excavation efficiency or have to use a blasting operation for the shaft excavation. To study the blasting affected on the stress and deformation of freezing tube when the blasting operation has to be used in the freezing shaft excavation, a simulation test with simulation theory was conducted. Through the test, it studied and analyzed the explosive loading and the distance between the blasting point and freezing tube which are the two main factors affected and related to the stress and strain of freezing tube. From the study and analysis, it has obtained there is a linear increasing relationship between the strain of freezing tube and explosive loading, and a relationship of negative data decreasing between the strain and distance. Base on the test conditions, it has made relationship equations for the stress and expolsive loading, and distance of the freezing tube. This paper provided a safe distance range between the blasting point and freezing tube which could be a technical basis to make a safe and technical precaution for the prevention of the freezing tube broken ay the the blasting operation. This paper also made a proposal for the application of the safety distance range in construction projects.
