It is a developing direction to adopt one-piece moving shuttering for vertical shaft sinking with driving and permanent lining of short section in composite. New developed YJM one-piece moving down shuttering is characterized by ——reasonable section of shuttering, which increases rigidity and strength of shuttering without increasing steel consumption, and decreases shuttering deformation; ——contraction section is decreased to one only, which increases rigidity of lining,——connection part between two linings concreted in two times is fully filled with concrete because using trigonal hopper -hinge-type concreting gate. ——'an iron double-edged fine-toothed comb' type platform hinged with shutteringi ——hydraulic jack is adopted to mount and dismount shuttering so that labour intensity decreases; ——3.5m section height of shuttering can be increased to 4.5m. 171 cycles of deiving and lining, some 600m vertical shaft sinking, is completed with the new shuttering. During sinking, it takes 63 min on the average to mount and dismonut shuttering, shuttering essentially satisfies requiments of lining without deformation.
