A simple rigidity matrix arithmetic method of elastic beam is introduced.It can be widely used in the design of inertia devices such as sensors which contains some elastic beams.At last an application of rigidity matrix in the accelerometer design is introduced,and its correctness is confirmed in ANSYS environment.
