Modification of Sinking Equipment Hanging Technology for Deep Shaft Sinking

介绍悬吊方式的改革途径主要以固定在井壁上和一绳多用两种,论述其计算理论、结构和安装工艺。

The paper discusses technological innovation ways of hanging mode of a variety of pipe lines,scaffolds, concrete forms and cables, and points out important significance of modifying conventional steel rope hanging mode. Depending on operation states of different sinking equipments, sinking equipments are divided into four categories:special equipment; pipe lines; cables and sinking apparatus. It is a suitable way to fix pipe lines for sinking on the shaft wall by bolt fixed apparatus, which is the most economical and practical way in all ways. Steel ropes can be used as versatile ropes,such as a rope can be utilitized to hang scaffold and to be a guide rope for kibble simultaneously,or a guide rope for kibbie can be adopted to hang forms and pulley block, a rope for multy purposes will bring large economical effect(?).The paper also details calculation theory and calculation method of plpe lines of sinking, structure and installation technique. The paper centres in analysis of using guide rope as hanging rope of scaffold, guide rope as hanging rope of forms, reliability of puller block hanging mode, and advantages and disavantages of the hanging mode.
