Comprehensive Prevention and Control Technology of Hydrogen Sulfide in Wuda Coal Mining Area

介绍了煤矿用硫化氢高效吸收剂检验装置以及煤层中硫化氢含量的测定方法,叙述了采掘工作面等地点防治硫化氢涌出引发事故所采取的综合措施。

The 9th and 10th coal seams bearing hydrogen sulfide are main seams in Wuda Coal Mining Area.The coal produced from the two main seams is blending coking coal, quality coal with high calorific value.During gate road development and coal mining, miners hydrogen sulfide poisoning accidents happen frequently, which have the bad influence on miners' health and safety production. Wuda Coal Administration and Fushuti Institute of The Central Coal Mining Research Institute co-operate to carry out research project on comprehensive prevention and control technology for more than 3 yea rs and have got some achivements. After adopting new technology, Hydrogen sulfide inflow from the 9th and 10th seams declines from average 130 PPM to 46 PPM in fully mechanized faces and from average 130 PPM to 30 PPM in heading face respectively so taht the new technology improves safety in production and increases advance rate and provedes obvious social and economical effects.
