摘要
常村煤矿主井煤仓为外螺旋煤仓,溜槽嵌入仓壁内。煤仓直径6m,高23.6m,煤流通过溜槽溜入井底,减少高速煤流对仓壁和仓底的破坏,增加块煤率15%~20%。煤仓采用反井钻机钻导孔,扩孔成1.2m,再刷大成煤仓设计直径。仓壁砌筑采用带螺旋溜槽的整体模板整体浇注混凝土。
Coal bin of main design of main shaft at Changchung Colliery is an outer spiral coal bin in which chute is laid in coal bin wall. Coal bin is 6 m in net diameter, 23.62 m in vertical depth and 500 m^3 in avalible capacity. Both bin wall and spiral shute are supported by 500 mm thick concrete. Spiral coal bin is different from vertical bin in coal movement in coal bin. Coal lump in spiral bin is not freely falling body and slips from top to bottom of bin along shute regularly. So possibility damaged bottom of coal bin and shute by coal flow is decreased. Percentage of lump coal increases by 15-20%. Spiral coal bin is constructed by driller for raise shaft.Construct ing procedure are:
1, drill a pilot hole of 200 mm in diameter downward from top roadway to roadway in next level;
2, change orginal bit for reaming bit of 1.2 m in dia.then ream the hole upward;
3, ream the hole again until its diameter reaches to 6 m which is designed diameter of bin.Coal bin wall is concreted by means of integral form with spiral shute.
