摘要
用垂直转头超速离心法一次可制备兔血清各种脂蛋白。经脂蛋白电泳、免疫电泳等鉴定表明各脂蛋白纯度满意。此法具有操作简单、时间短、制备容量大、脂蛋白纯度较高等特点。
The various lipoproteins in rabbit serum may be separated by ultracentrifugation in a vertical rotor at once. The purified lipoproteins were, identified by agarose-lipoprotein-electro-phoresis & immunoelectrophoresis. The method was found to be simple, short in time, capable of separating a lot of serum & of high purity.
