泡沫水泥充填顶板冒落空洞技术的研究与应用

摘要 介绍了煤炭科学研究总院北京开采所新近研究成功的用于机械化充填井下各种空洞的泡沫水泥新材料、新设备和新工艺。这项技术是利用充填机将一种高倍发泡、重量轻、固化快并具有一定强度的泡沫水泥充填到空洞内,实现对空洞围岩的整体均匀支护,防止空洞扩大冒落。这种方法施工快速、安全、有效,具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。 To handle a cave caused by roof fallin a underground mine is a very hard and dangrous work.This paper introduced new research achievements of Beijing Research Institute of coal mining, CCMRI. The achievements are including new fo(?)m cement material , equipment aud technology for mechanized filling of differenlt caves in underground mine.This achievement is to use a filling machine with high foaming,light,quick setting and certain strength foam cement to fill caves.In this way,the (?)oam cement will have a function of completed even support on surrounding rocks of cave,and can prevent and control continuous falling. The advantages of this construction will (?)e rapid,safe,efficiency,and good in social and economy beneffits.
