摘要
对矿区主要技术经济指标的灰色预测、矿区发展可行方案的技术分析、动态模拟和系统优化形成了用计算机作为辅助手段进行综合分析对比的矿区最优规划理论和方法。该方法在平顶山矿区规划的应用中取得了预期效果,为正确决策提供了比较充分的信息和比较可靠的依据。
Grey prediction of the major techno-economic indices in a mining area, technical analysis of feasibility plans of development of a mining area,dynamic simulation and system optimization have constituted a theory and method for optimal planning of a mining area by comprehensive analysis with computer. This method was applied in planning Pingdingshan Mining Area with expected results. It provided sufficient information and reliable criteria for correct decision making.
