摘要
根据机械破岩的特点,本文导出了模拟大断面岩石机械破碎应满足的相似条件;配制了一种可模拟工程中常见岩石的相似材料;研究了如何设计和制作大尺寸相似材料模型;并以研究行星钻头破岩效率为例,分析了这种试验方法的具体应用。研究表明,用相似材料模型研究大断面岩石的机械破碎和研究其它岩石力学问题相比,主要差异在于其相似条件,而产生此差异的主要原因是,研究岩石机械破碎时可不考虑岩石自重的影响。
In this paper according to the specifications of machine rock breakage an equation of simulating conditions for modelling rock breakage in large section opening is derived; equivalent materials for modelling common rock in engineering are prepared; study on the design and size of model is conducted; and the application of this type of testing method is analyzed with rock breakage by planetary cutter head as an example. Research indicates that,simulating conditions are the main difference in the study of machine rock breakage in large section opening and other fields of rock mechanics with model testing using equivalent materials,since the influence of the dead weight of rock can be neglected in the study of machine rock breakage.
