摘要
用相似理论探讨预测浆体水平管道主要输送参数数据的理论和计算方法。分析液固两相流各方程及机理,得出各相似准则和准则关系式,可统一表达国内外大部分临界流速和浆体水力坡度公式。获得的各模化条件及近似模化方法,可作为模型管道模拟工业管道模拟试验设计依据。导出了用模型管道试验的实测数据预测工业管道主要输送参数数据的计算方法和公式。实验数据验证,证明其可行性和可靠性。相对误差通常在10%左右。
The paper discusses the theory and method for predicting the major parameters in horizontal slurry pipeline transportation.The equations and mechanism of liquid and solid two-phase flow are analyzed,and a number of similarity criteria and equations are obtained,which can be applied universally to represent most of equations of critical flow velocity and hydraulic gradient of slurry pub- lished both at home and abroad.The simulation conditions and methods can be used as criteria for designing a laboratory pipeline model.And a method and equation for predicting the major parameters of an industrial pipeline using the measured data obtained from model test are deduced.The reliability and feasibility of the method have been proved by the test idata.The relative error is generally about ±10%.
