摘要
缓斜厚煤层综采放顶煤采煤法工作面回采率主要取决于顶煤的回收效果。依据回收顶煤的工艺特点,本文提出了垮落顶煤放出规律的计算机仿真方法,并按二次正交回归设计安排仿真实验方案,获得了顶煤回采率、混矸率与放煤结构参数(顶煤垮落角,顶煤厚度,放煤步距,垮孔距和工作面倾角)关系的回归方程。理论分析与模型实验证明,该方程可用于优化放煤工艺参数和预测顶煤回收指标。由此表明,用计算机仿真方法研究顶煤放出规律是可行的。
Face recovery rate of sub-level caving method applied in gently inclined thick seam is mainly dependent upon the recovery of top coal.Based on character of the technology,a method is developed to simulate the rules of roof coal drawing by computer and simulation tests have been made based on design of secondary orthogonal regression,and a regression equation for recovery of top coal and waste/coal ratio have been obtained,which are related to parameters,such as caving angle,thickness of top coal,interval of caving.distance from hole to coal rib,and dip of seam.Results of theoretical analysis and model test have shown that this cquation can be used to optimize parameters for coal caving and to predict the recovery rate.It has proved that it is feasible to investigate the rules of roof coal caving by using computer simulation.
