Business of contracting out professional projects to contractors by ent erpris es is an inexorable trend for e nter-prises in question on purpose to develope their core competitive forces.In this paper,the formative causes o f booming o f such a business and its probable adva ntages and risks thereof are analyze d, the relationship between the cont ents of the business of contracting out profes sional projects and its mode is discussed,and in addition,three principl es of forbidden business of contracting out projects are put forward.
