非制冷降温的高温采面供风量的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文首次对高温回采工作面,在采用非制冷降温措施下供风量进行了研究。根据能量守恒、能量转换定律及回采工作面热力特性研究结果,推导出高温采面配风量的计算模型;首次提出以增风降温为目的的井下热源分类法,分清各种热源的特性及降温效果,从而确定在技术上可行,安全上符合规定,经济上合理的配风量。 This paper studies for the first time the air quantity necessary for cooling a high temperature work face without a refrigeration system by ventilation. Based on the law of energy conservation and law of energy transfer,and thermodynamic characteristics of a work face,a mathematic model for calculating air quantity for a high temperature face without a refrigeration system was established. Classification of underground heat sources was proposed with an aim to reduce the temperature by increasing air quantity,based on which the characteristics of heat sources and results of cooling was understood.Then the air quantity,which is technically feasible,economically optimal,and safe,is determined.
