摘要
研究了以纯糠醛为溶剂脱除催化裂化柴油中的碱性氮化物;考察了剂油比,抽提次数,抽提温度,抽提时间,静置时间对脱碱氮的影响;并且考察了相同操作条件下糠醛对含硫化合物的脱除作用。实验结果表明,碱氮脱除率可达到90%以上,脱硫率可以达到85%以上;抽提在室温下进行,10min之内抽提可以完成,溶剂可以回收。
The solvent of pure furfural extracted the basic nitrogen in the diesel oil. The influences of ratio of reagent to oil, times of extraction, temperature of extraction, time of extraction, time of setting on the experimental results were studied. The desulfurization was also studied under the same operationg conditions. The results of study shows that over 90 percents of basic nitrogen was removed from the oil, and 85 percents of sulfur could also be removed at the same time. The extraction was operated under room temperature within 10 min,and the solvent could be reused easily.
