摘要 以邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇为原料,硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯,考察了影响收率的因素,确定最佳工艺条件为:n(邻苯二甲酸酐);n(正丁醇)=1:2.5,反应时间2h,硫酸氢钠用量占邻苯二甲酸酐质量的3.4%,最终产率达95%以上。 Di-n-butyl phthalate was synthesized with phthalic anhydride and n - butyl alcohol as raw materials, sodium bisulfate as catalyst. The factors affecting the yield were investigated. The optimum conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of phthalic anhydride to n - butyl alcohol was 1:2.5, the time of reaction was 2h, and the quantity of sodium bisulfate was 3.4% of the mass of phthalic anhydride. The yield was over 95%.
