摘要
探讨了利用原化学镀铜废液中的甲醛将铜还原 ,后酸化回收 EDTA的新工艺。实验证明 ,该工艺铜的去除率可达 99% ,甲醛去除率为 6 8.9% ,同时 EDTA的回收率为 96 .6 %。用这种方法回收的 EDTA纯度大于 97% 。
Copper was reduced by formaldehyde which was contained in the effluent of chemical copper plating, and EDTA in the effluent was reclaimed after acidify. It was shown that the removal rate of copper and formaldehyde is 99% and 68.9%. 96.6% EDTA which was contained in the effluent could be reclaimed, and the purity of EDTA was more than 97%, and can be reused in chemical copper plating industries.
