以玉米苞皮为原料 ,以 90 %乙醇为溶剂 ,按纤维素、氢氧化钠、氯乙酸质量比 1∶ 1∶ 1.17投料 ,在 30~ 4 0℃下碱化 ,在 70~ 75℃下醚化 12 0~ 15 0 min可制得羧甲基纤维素 ,其粘度 >5 0 0 m pa· s,取代度 >0 .6 8,有效成分 >85 % ,水分 <10 % ,氯化物 <4 %。
Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) was prepared from the shuck of corn. The mass ratio of cellulose,sodium hydroxide,and chloroacetic acid was 1∶1∶1.7.Cellulose was alkalified at 30~40℃ for 60min and etherified at 70~75℃ for 120~150min in the 90% ethanol. Viscosity of CMC was above 500 mpa·s. Substituting degree and available composition were>65% and >85% respectively. Moisture content and chloride were <10% and <4%.
