摘要
可选精度综合法是设计平面机构的一种新的优化设计方法,它在各个离散设计点具有不同任选精度时,也能对轨迹、运动或函数的平面机构进行综合。由于采用非线性程序和机构的并向量结构,使可选精度综合技术非常适用于对多数平面机构的综合,而且并向量结构还简化了优化过程,为人机对话式计算机辅助设计提供了简便易行的方法。本文用可选精度综合技术对一液压支架进行了实际设计,效果显著。可选精度综合技术的一组程序已在VAX/780和IBM-PC机上通过。
Selective precision synthesis is a new method for designing an optimal planar mechanism.It can be applied to synthesizing several planar mechanism representing trajectory,motion,or functions at discrete design points with different arbitrary limits of accuracy.The technique is very suitable for synthesis of most planar mechanisms and its dyadic construction simplifies the optimization process and renders the method readily manageable in interactive CAD.In this paper,a shield support was designed by using this technique.A number of programmes have been worked out by the VAX/780 and IBM-PC.
