摘要
根据国内61份工业性试验资料,研究出筛侧与筛下跳汰机的4条通用分配曲线均为反正切模型。研完了6种分配曲线平移方法后,证明跳汰分配曲线按不完善度I不变进行平移的误差最小,用I评定跳汰分选效果可以避免分选密度变化的影响,更为客观。通用分配曲线比近似公式法更接近实际分配曲线,用通用分配曲线代替近似公式法进行跳汰分选效果的预测优化可以提高预测精度。文中还讨论了用通用分配曲线评定跳汰的分选效果。
Four generalized distribution curves of Batac and Baum type jigs have been developed based on results of 61 industrial tests in China.The models of the 4 distribution curves are of arctangent model.After comparing six methods for transformation of jig distribution curves,it was found that minimum error was obtained when distribution curves were transformed by keeping the imperfection index, I,constant.Evaluation of jig distribution performance by I is not affected by the variation of separation density.In comparison with the cumulative normal distribution curve,the generalized distribution curves are closer to the real distribution curves.More accurate results can be obtained if the cumulative normal distribution curve is replaced by generalized distribution curves in predicting and optimizing the performance of jigs.This paper also discusses the performance of jigs when generalized distribution curve is used in evaluation.
