摘要
我国自行设计、制造、安装和试验的φ2.8m加压气化炉历经十年的研制和五次的热态试车,初步解决了热动配合、炉篦扭矩和液压传动等关键技术问题。专家评议认为,该气化炉设备是基本成功的,这台原型炉经进一步完善后可用于工业生产。
A φ2.8m pressurized gasifier which was designed,fabricated, installed and tested by ourself has been run for five times under operating conditions during the period from 1986 to 1988 years. Several key technical problems including movable fit, grate torque and hydraulic transmission have been solved primarily in the pilot runs.The gasifier is basically satisfactory to equipment requirement specification, however must be modified further if it will come into use.
