摘要
本文对亚麻天然水沤麻过程中的脱胶微生物数量,果胶酶、木聚糖酶、纤维素酶的活性,以及水体的pH、还原糖、含氮量、COD的动态变化进行了测定,探明了亚麻天然水沤麻过程中微生物类群与数量、脱胶酶活性、水体特征的动态变化规律。
The number of retting bacteria, activity oi pectinase, xylanase, cellulase, pH, re-ducting sugar, nitrogen content, COD under natural water retting of flax stem were assayed. And the dynamic relationships among the number of retting bacteria, activity of retting enzymse, characteristics of retting liquid and bacteria were studied.
