摘要
以 2 ,4 -二氯苯乙酮、3-氯 - 1,2 -丙二醇及三氮唑为原料 ,经溴化缩合及N -烷基化反应合成了标题化合物 ,其结构经IR、1 HNMR及元素分析确证。初步的生物活性测试表明 ,所合成的标题化合物具有较强的杀菌活性和较高的植物生长调节活性。
H-1,2,4-Triazole-1-yl)methyl-2-(2,4-dichloroben)-4-chloromethyl-1, 3-dioxolane was synthesized through 2,4-dichlorohypnone, 3-chloro-1,2-propanedio l and triazole with bromination, condensation N-alkylation. Its structure was co nfirmed by 1H NMR,IR, MS and elemental analysis. Preliminary biological t est sh ows that the synthesized compound exhibited strong fungicidal activity and some plant growth activity.
