Numerical simulation study for atomic-resolution x-ray fluorescence holography

摘要 根据x射线荧光全息术的成像原理 ,对体心立方晶系的Fe单晶进行了数值模拟 (包括荧光全息图及其重构像 ) ,在各个晶面 ( 0 0 1,0 10 ,10 0 )上得到Fe原子的像 ,与Fe的晶格模型的原子位置一致 ,表明运用这种x射线荧光全息术 。 Based on the principle of x-ray fluorescence holography, we numerically simulated an iron single crystal model of a body-centred cubic lattice. From the fluorescence hologram produced numerically, the Fe atomic images were reconstructed. The atomic images of the (001), ( 100), (010) crystallographic planes were consistent with the corresponding atomic positions of the model. The result indicates that one can obtain internal structure images of single crystals at atomic-resolution by using x-ray fluorescence holography.
