摘要 由于目前用于清洗炮眼作业的反洗井、混气水排或负压排液等方法,无法建立炮眼外循环,不能保证油层纵向上所有炮眼孔道的清洗,为此研制了一种PQX—150型炮眼冲洗工具。这种清洗工具采用上冲洗总成、中间密封总成和下冲洗总成的两个正向一个反向皮碗分隔炮眼,利用冲洗转换总成改变清洗液流通道,从而实现炮眼外循环。通过作业管柱上下移动将油层纵向上所有炮眼循环冲洗干净,井段长短不受限制。经31井次的应用,成功率达96.7%,该工具具有冲洗能力强和冲洗效果好等优点,且结构紧凑,安全可靠,操作简便,易于掌握。 The currently-used perforation cleanout methods cannot carry out the cleaning of all the perforations in the longitudinal direction of the formation. Therefore a new perforation washing tool, Model PQX-150 perforation washing tool, is developed. The new tool adopts two forward rubber cups and one backward rubber cup to isolate perforations, and changes the cleaning liquid passage by using the washing conversion assembly to realize circulation outside the perforations. By moving the pipe string upward and downward, all the perforations in the longitudinal direction of the formation can be cleaned out. Application shows the success rate of the operation reaches 96.7%. The new tool has high washing ability and good washing effect.
