摘要
本文从山西的煤炭资源优势出发,将山西煤炭工业的发展置于山西经济的总格局中,将山西经济的发展置于全部国民经济的大系统中,探讨了山西省煤炭工业发展的前景。并通过对山西煤炭优势的长短所在、发展山西煤炭工业的战略选择、山西煤炭加工转化的现状以及搞好晋煤加工转化的战略思考四个方面的分析,提出了山西经济的发展不能走单一的资源输出的路子;实现山西经济的战略转变,应充分利用山西煤炭在全国所处的战略地位,以优势资源为核心,以市场为导向,以技术进步为依据,逐步建立群体产业链和产品链,积极发展煤炭工业的后续产业,走煤、电、化联合发展和煤、冶、建联合发展的道路,搞好山西煤炭的加工转化。本文分两部分,第一部分介绍了山西煤炭工业的现状和发展战略选择。
In combination with both Shanxi province and the state eco-nomy, the development prospect of Shanxi coal industry is discussed in thispaper. Based on analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of being richin coal resources in Shanxi, the development strategies of Shanxi coalindustry, the status of coal processing and conyersion, and the thinkingabout the technology of coal conversion, it is put forward that de telopingthe economy of Shanxi should not only depend on the export of coal and ele-ctricity. Promoting economic prosperity of Shanxi should be in such a way that centring around the coal resources, guiding by the market, ba-sing on the advanced science and technology and further developing coalconversion and utilization.The paper consists of two parts and the prese-nted here is of the first part.
