摘要 在融碱法和高压液减法脱灰的基础上,研究了煤的常压液碱法脱灰。考察了碱煤比、反应温度、时间、粒度组成等对两种煤脱灰的影响,并对脱灰机理作了初步分析。 The beneficiation of coal is one of the most important and necessary technology for realizing to replace coal by oil and cuttingdown environmental pollution.The deashing of coal was studied under atmo-sphere with alkali treatment followed by acid washing. In alkali treat-ment, ash reduction increases with the severity of reaction conditions,while the ratio of alkali to material is the most important factor.Acidwashing is important step but has less effect on ash reduction under therange of experiment conditions.Under the optimum condition, 90 percent ofthe ash could be removed. The analysis of treated coal indicates that thestructure and property of coal are essentially unchanged.
