摘要
该文以CCP和ACCS研究数据为基础,介绍了美国高校近年在校园信息化建设方面所取得的成就及存在的一些问题。内容主要包括:校园信息化基础建设和校园信息化管理、规划和政策制订等。同时,以此为基础,文章也就美国和中国高校的信息化建设情况进行了多方面比较,指出了国内高校在校园信息化方面的差距和所存在的若干问题。
Based on Reports of CCP & ACCS, this article discusses the development of ICTs implement in American universities in recent years, including campus infrastructure and administration, plan and policy on ICTs uses on campus. Meanwhile, by using survey data, this article also compared ICTs use between American and China higher institutions, and pointed out the gaps and problems in the development of ICTs in China higher education.
