摘要
介绍了烟酸和烟酰胺的性质、合成方法及其在食品、医药和作为饲料添加剂等方面的应用。目前世界烟酸的产能约为4万t/a,而我国需求量为5000t。
In this paper, The properties, application, present conditions, and production technology at home and abroad of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide are described. At present, the world production scale of nicotinic acid is 40000t/a. In 2001, demand of nicotinic acid was 35000t/a in the world, while 5000t in China. The application for food, feed additives and pharmaceutical field have been summarized.
