Development of ABS/PVC alloy vehicle seal strip

摘要 针对目前国内汽车用PVC门窗密封条存在的缺陷,研制开发了ABS/PVC密封条专用料。研究结果表明,通过选择适宜的原料种类及其配比,并添加适量的ABS接枝粉、氟母粒及聚乙烯蜡等,在适当的加工条件下,能生产出性能完全满足相关技术指标的ABS/PVC密封条。 The vehicl seal strip was extruded by using ABS/PVC alloy.The results showed the seal strip could meet the specifications by adding graft ABS powder,fluorine resin and polyethylene wax under reasonable processing conditions.
